Kate Middleton’s Rumored Baby Bump Amidst Diamond Jubilee

The royal family has just finished celebrating the Diamond Jubilee, but many royal followers have also been on a Kate Middleton baby bump watch.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary, and many fans think that a Kate Middleton pregnancy must be coming soon. One media outlet has Kate on the cover this week with the supposed “first bump photos,” but fans who watched Catherine Middleton and Prince William in Tuesday’s events think this is another round of rumors with little to no substance.

InTouch Weekly has a cover story on their new issue claiming Kate Middleton’s baby bump is visible in “a rare unguarded moment.” The magazine claims that witnesses who saw her shopping May 31 noticed the bump, and thought she had a glow in her cheeks along with the fact that “Her face is more rounded – and so is her bottom.” Of course they note that the Palace has been quiet on the topic.

In contrast to the photo of Kate Middleton’s “baby bump” on their cover, many fans watched the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge during Tuesday’s Diamond Jubilee festivities. It would be difficult to say there was any hint of a Kate Middleton baby bump in any of those pictures, as the Duchess appeared as slim as ever.

What do you think of Kate’s pregnancy rumors? And if they are indeed true, when do you think will the Palace announce it to the public?

Queen Elizabeth Visits Prince Philip In The Hospital

Queen Elizabeth paid a 50-minute call on her ailing husband, Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, on Wednesday, at London’s King Edward VII Hospital.

On Monday, Philip, who will turn 91 on Sunday, was rushed to the hospital from Windsor and diagnosed with a bladder infection.

Despite his condition – and his having missed the final two days of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee festivities – Philip was said to be in “good spirits” and responding to antibiotics, having “improved considerably” since his admittance, according to a statement from Buckingham Palace on Wednesday. He is still expected to remain hospitalized for his birthday.

The couple’s younger son, Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, 52, also visited with his father, having arrived at the hospital in his Range Rover, said the newspaper. Youngest son Prince Edward, 48, visited his father on Tuesday and said he was “feeling a lot better.”

Despite being already old and grey, Her Majesty and Prince Philip still look very cute together, don’t you think? So, we gotta ask: Do you wish to have a long-lasting and sturdy relationship just like theirs? Tell us what you admire most about The Queen and her husband.

Duke And Duchess Of Cambridge Take First Carriage Ride Since Wedding

Once again, Prince William and Kate made for a fairy-tale moment Tuesday as they marked the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee with another carriage ride through London – this time, in the processional back to Buckingham Palace from Parliament Square. (Not that they’re strangers to this fancy form of transportation: They rode via carriage last summer in Ottawa while celebrating Canada Day.)

The two were joined by Prince Harry for the ride, which came after Queen Elizabeth’s 60-year reign was honored with a procession in London’s St. Paul’s Cathedral in the morning. It marked the first time since their wedding day that Will and Kate took a carriage ride together in London.

But the Duke and Duchess do have a history of double takes. It was just more than a year ago, after all, that their wedding-day double kiss on the Buckingham Palace balcony put fairy tales to shame. The second time is always the charm with these modern Royals.

So, tell us: what event for this royal couple would you wish for a double take? Feel free to comment in the box below!

Why Prince Philip Missed The Diamond Jubilee Concert

The Duke of Edinburgh has been taken to hospital with a bladder infection and will miss the rest of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations. Buckingham Palace said Prince Philip, 90, had been taken to the King Edward VII Hospital in London from Windsor Castle as a “precautionary measure”. The prince will remain in hospital under observation for a few days.

He had appeared to be in good health when he accompanied the Queen on Sunday on the royal barge the Spirit of Chartwell, which formed part of the rain-drenched Jubilee river pageant. He and the Queen stood for most of the 80-minute journey, as they were accompanied by 1,000 boats travelling seven miles down the river to Tower Bridge.

The prince, who had treatment for a blocked coronary artery in December and turns 91 on Sunday, missed Monday’s concert and will not attend the national service of thanksgiving at St Paul’s Cathedral on Tuesday.

The concert was brought to a close by Sir Paul McCartney who played hits including Magical Mystery Tour, Let It Be and a spectacular rendition of Live and Let Die, complete with fireworks and explosions. He was joined on stage at the end by all of the night’s performers for The Beatles’ Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da. The Queen and other members of the Royal Family also made their way onto the stage where Prince Charles paid tribute to his mother.

Turning to his mother, he said: “As a nation, this is our opportunity to thank you and my father for always being there for us, inspiring us with your selfless duty and service and for making us proud to be British.”

The Queen then lit the final one of 4,500 beacons across the world marking her 60-year reign. A palace spokesman said the prince was “understandably, disappointed about missing this evening’s Diamond Jubilee Concert and tomorrow’s engagements”.

The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Concert turned out to be a success despite Prince Philip’s absence. What was your favorite highlight of the event?

Prince William Was Sleep-Deprived Night Before Royal Wedding

He was wide-eyed and all smiles as he took Kate as his wife at Westminster Abbey last April. But, like royal watchers around the world, the Duke of Cambridge hardly slept a wink the night before his big day a year ago.

The crowds gathered on The Mall, the London thoroughfare in front of Buckingham Palace, and the excitement of his impending wedding watched by the world made him restless, he tells interviewer Alan Titchmarsh for an upcoming ITV1 documentary on his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.

“I hadn’t slept at all that night because obviously all the crowds were on The Mall,” he says in Elizabeth: Queen, Wife, Mother, which airs in the U.K. June 1. ”They were singing and cheering all night long. So, the excitement of that, the nervousness of me, and everyone singing meant I slept for about half an hour, I think.”

His biggest fear?: ”The hardest thing was trying to walk down the stairs with my spurs on, sideways. I had visions of myself and my brother colliding and crashing down the stairs.” Still, “It was good fun, it was really good fun,” he adds.

When it came to ironing out details for the big day, William says his grandmother was a source of wisdom, particularly when it came to the invitations. As he has gotten older, William says that they have grown closer.  William says he greatly admires how she came to the throne at the young age of “only 25.” And when it comes to the throne, she will be a hard act to follow.

Even with all the grand preparations, Royals do get nervous, too! Share your pre-wedding jitters with us!

Pippa Middleton Gets Involved in Gun Scandal

Photos of Pippa Middleton have made the sister-in-law of England’s presumptive future king a worldwide sensation, but nothing quite like the shot this weekend when she was snapped laughing as a male companion in a car pointed a gun at a photographer following them in Paris.

The image shows Middleton, the younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, looking back at the paparazzo and grinning as her friend, the driver, reaches down and aims what appears to be the gun. But now it appears that the excitement, which included reports that Pippa Middleton could face criminal charges, may have been overblown.

ABC News has learned that the photographer says he knew all along the gun was a fake and has been telling people he never felt scared. Even friends of one of the young fashionistas in the car told ABC News today that they have the toy gun in their possession. The Sun had reported that the Paris Judicial Police department is “poised” to launch a probe into the incident, but police told ABC News that there is no investigation, because no one has filed a complaint.

It was revealed in January that lawyers for Middleton sent a cease-and-desist letter around to six media agencies that distribute paparazzi photographs worldwide.  The letter was said to warn the agencies that unless their photographers stop following Middleton, she will pursue legal action, which could include an injunction and legal costs.

Buckingham Palace said it would not comment on the incident, since it does not officially represent Middleton because she is not a member of the royal family.

Do you think Pippa saw the incident as just a big joke for the paparazzo? Tell us your opinion!
