Reese Witherspoon Welcomes Baby Boy Tennessee James!

Oh, baby: Reese Witherspoon is a mom for the third time. The actress gave birth to a son, Tennessee James Toth, on Thursday, Sept. 27, her rep tells PEOPLE exclusively.

“Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today,” the rep says. “Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled.” And who isn’t thrilled about a new Hollywood baby, right?

The baby is Witherspoon’s first child with her husband, whom she married in March 2011. She is already mom to Ava, 13, and Deacon, 8½, from her prior marriage. In March, a source told PEOPLE that the actress, 36, was eager to have another child.

Witherspoon, who initially kept her pregnancy under wraps, subsequently showed off her baby bump all around the world over the spring and summer — from appearances at the Cannes Film Festival to lunches and errands at home in Los Angeles. “Frankly, I’m feeling very round,” she told reporters in June.

Snooki Shows Off Baby Lorenzo

Just six days after Jersey Shore star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and her fiancé Jionni LaValle welcomed their first child, Lorenzo Dominic, they opened their home to PEOPLE to help introduce him to the world.

“It’s a different kind of love that I never felt before,” says Polizzi, 24, who is currently filming the second season of her MTV spin-off Snooki & JWOWW.

It took more than 24 hours of labor, but the pint-sized reality star finally gave birth to her son on Aug. 26. Happily, she and LaValle say that choosing a moniker was much easier.

“We were going back and forth, and I just happened to think of Lorenzo,” says LaValle, 25, who adds that he was inspired by a child he knew from his hometown, where he and Polizzi now live with his parents. “She loved it.” The baby’s middle name, Dominic, is in memory of Polizzi’s uncle, who died. “I did it for my dad,” she says.

“When I got pregnant, everything changed,” says Polizzi, who will also appear on the final season of MTV’s Jersey Shore, premiering Oct. 4. “The partying is long gone. I’m a new person.”

Are you sad to know that Jersey Shore is coming to an end soon? Do you think partying is really over for Snooki? Give us a shout out if you think baby Lorenzo Dominic is a looker!

Bill and Giuliana Rancic Welcome Baby Boy

He’s here! Bill and Giuliana Rancic welcomed their first child, son Edward Duke Rancic, on Wednesday, Aug. 29 in Denver, the couple announced via Twitter Thursday morning.

“The ‘Duke’ has landed! Edward Duke Rancic was welcomed into the world last night at 7 lbs., 4 oz.,” the Apprentice winner writes. “G & I feel blessed beyond words…We did it!”

Born at 10:12 p.m. with the parents in the delivery room, the baby’s cord was cut by Bill and he was first held by Giuliana, the couple tell E! News. After struggles with infertility, miscarriage and a breast cancer battle for E! news anchor and Fashion Police co-host Giuliana, 37, the couple announced that they were expecting a baby via gestational surrogate.

In June, the Rancics shared that they’d be welcoming a boy whom they planned to give a traditional name.

“Our journey has a happy ending,” Bill, 41, tells PEOPLE. “We didn’t give up, we didn’t quit and we’re going to have a good ending to this.”

Are you happy that Bill and Giuliana Rancic finally had a baby boy after all they’ve been through? Would you go to the same great lengths just to conceive or have a baby? Share your thoughts and opinions with us via the comment box below!

Adele: I’m Pregnant With My First Child!

Adele may have made a name for herself singing songs of heartbreak about ex-boyfriends, but her lovelife now seems to be going swimmingly, and in the future, she’ll probably be crooning lullabies instead. On Friday via her website, the 24-year-old Grammy-winner announced that she and her boyfriend, 36-year-old Drop4Drop charity CEO Simon Konecki, are expecting a baby.

“I’m delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together,” Adele posted. “I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we’re over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx”

Adele and Simon met and began dating in the summer of 2011, although they did not go public with their relationship until January of this year, when Adele once again made an announcement on her website, to clarify rumors that Simon was still married.

Simon Konecki has a 5-year-old daughter from his previous marriage to fashion stylist Clary Fisher. This will be the first baby for Adele. Congratulations to the happy couple!

Are you happy for Adele and Simon’s first baby together? Do you expect her to sing about babies and families in the near future?

Kristin Cavallari Did Not Expect Motherhood at Her Age

Life’s a beach for Kristin Cavallari: Not only is the former Laguna Beach star engaged to Jay Cutler and expecting their first child, but the pregnancy has been total smooth sailing.

But despite her seemingly easy start to motherhood, Cavallari never pictured herself with children at such a young age: “It’s so crazy to look at your life and see how far you’ve come,” she says. ”I always wanted kids, but I always thought I would have kids later on in life, maybe when I turn 30.”

And although Cavallari and Chicago Bears quarterback Cutler “weren’t trying to have kids,” the mom-to-be admits they weren’t not trying, either. Once determined to focus on her career, Cavallari admits tides have certainly changed since meeting her future husband. Now, the expectant parents are contemplating holding off on marriage — and going for a second baby carriage.

“We’re talking about the possibility of having another kid right away and then getting married so we can have two kids close in age,” the reality star reveals. ”We want four kids, so we’re thinking maybe have one more, then get married, then have two more, but we’ll see, it all depends on how the first one goes.”

“I will live in Chicago half the year, then Nashville for the other half. I’ll come to L.A. whenever I need to,” she shares. ”We both don’t want to raise our kid with paparazzi and cameras in our face. We want to give them as normal of a life as possible.”
