Duke And Duchess Of Cambridge To Have Second Honeymoon In Asia!

A mini second honeymoon awaits Prince William and his wife Kate during their upcoming tour of Southeast Asia.

On a brief respite from their official duties, they will spend a luxurious night in a remote island hideaway on the Solomon Islands. The visit, to the private island of Tavanipupu, comes towards the end of their tour that will see them visit Singapore, Malaysia, the rainforest of Borneo and the tiny island of Tuvalu. The tour is to represent William’s grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, during her Diamond Jubilee.

The paradise that awaits at Tavanipupu (a former coconut plantation owned by Norwegian traders), promises seafood and homegrown organic ingredients that will excite the palate “beyond your expectations.” And the sporty pair may get to sample some of the best snorkeling around – it is one of the main reasons people visit.

The action-packed 8-day tour, which begins Sept. 11, will include also a visit to Malaysia’s rainforest, where they will be hoisted up into the trees to view the vast canopy of the forest at an environmental site run by the British Society – and if they are lucky spot orangutans.

Are you thrilled that our favorite royal couple is about to get a mini-honeymoon in the middle of their Asian tour this month? And another question that’s a bit off topic: Should they start planning for royal kids already?

Duke And Duchess Of Cambridge To Conquer Asia!

The British royals are trying to DOMINATE Asia?! Dastardly! Nah, obvi Prince William and wonderful wifey Kate Middleton do NOT have plans for global domination (hopefully!), but they WILL be taking a trip around Asia and the Pacific Isles this September, in honor of Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee Tour!

The aristocratic pair will spend two days in Singapore, then hop over to Malaysia to explore Kuala Lumpur, Sabah, and Borneo, and will conclude their adventure with a tryst in the Solomon Islands and Tuvalu. The duo will be repping the British government.

This is the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s schedule for the Asian tour:

  • September 11: Singapore
  • September 13: Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur; Borneo)
  • September 16: The Solomon Islands
  • September 18: Tuvalu
  • September 19: Depart

Aw sounds like romantical-political occasion! We wonder, will the lovers have any time for a royal romp in the sack? Some sexy time in Tuvalu perhaps? They’ve gotta keep up that physical adoration, or they’ll be in danger of turning all stiff upper-lippy! A true life fairy tale… it’s magical to the maximus!

Do you think the famous royal couple will have time for a romantic honeymoon during their trip to Asia? Do you think Prince William and Duchess Kate will plan to have a baby after this busy schedule?

Jessica Sanchez Dedicates Song To Dad For American Idol Homecoming

Jessica Sanchez was greeted with open arms when she returned to Chula Vista, Calif., for American Idol‘s hometown heroes week.

Cheered by thousands of fans, the finalist waved as she rode through town in a car with her two little brothers into Eastlake High School’s stadium on Saturday.

“I feel amazing,” Sanchez, 16, said as she made her way to the stadium’s stage. “I’m so happy to represent Chula Vista. It was the people. I missed the people so much. I love you guys. Thank you for all the support.”

With the town’s mayor declaring May 12 as “Jessica Sanchez Day,” the singer sang four songs, including Whitney Houston’s ”I Will Always Love You.” But it was one of her following performances at the USS Midway Museum that turned emotional. Sanchez invited her dad on stage to sang a rendition of Luther Vandross’s “Dance with My Father.” Her dad, a member of the U.S. Navy, is being deployed to Singapore.

Meanwhile, in other parts of the country, fellow finalists Joshua Ledet and Phillip Phillips also headed home to film segments that will be featured on Wednesday’s episode of Idol.
