Hulk Hogan Asks FBI To Investigate Sex Tape LeakHulk Hogan is taking his sex tape fight to the big dogs — contacting the FBI this week to help him track down the low-life who leaked his naked fun time footage to the media … TMZ has learned.

‘Local police couldn’t help’

Hulk’s attorney tells TMZ, the wrestler had previously attempted to file a police report in Florida — but local police couldn’t help him for two reasons:

1) Because the tape was recorded in 2006, the four-year statute of limitations had expired on the offense of unlawfully recording Hulk without his permission.

2) The other offense — distributing the illegal footage to the media — crosses state lines, so it’s a federal problem … not a local one.


‘Track down the sex tape leaker’

As a result, Hulk’s lawyer says he has contacted the FBI to track down the sex tape leaker … and bring that person to justice. We’re told Hulk plans to meet with FBI agents on Monday. Here’s hoping for the best results from this investigation!

Rapper Nelly Detained After Massive Amounts Of Heroin Found In Tour Bus

Rapper Nelly Detained After Massive Amounts Of Heroin Found In Tour BusRapper Nelly was detained last night in Texas while police officers searched his tour bus — and found HEROIN in addition to a loaded gun … and MASSIVE amounts of weed … law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

According to law enforcement sources, Nelly’s bus was stopped at a border patrol checkpoint in Sierra Blanca — and a police canine detected the presence of drugs.

‘Ten Pounds of Marijuana’

We’re told cops pulled the bus over — and after performing a search, they found 36 small baggies of heroin (totaling .64 ounces) and over TEN POUNDS of marijuana inside a large green duffel bag (an amount roughly the size of a large bed pillow). Cops also say they found a loaded .45 caliber pistol.

There were seven people riding on Nelly’s bus at the time — including the rapper — and they were all detained during the search.


‘Under Arrest’

According to law enforcement sources, one of the passengers — a guy named Brian Keith Jones — admitted the drugs and the gun were his. He was subsequently placed under arrest. Nelly and the remaining five were let go. Calls to Nelly’s reps were not returned.

Lindsay Lohan Gets Into Violent Fight With ‘Wasted’ Dina Lohan

Lindsay Lohan and mama Dina were in a blowout, violent fight early this morning, that ended in a 911 call with cops rushing to the scene … TMZ has learned.

It started last night when the duo went to a nightclub in New York City.  Our photog says they left the club at around 4 AM and headed back to Dina’s home on Long Island. Lindsay and Dina started arguing in the car and it escalated when they got home.  We’re told it became physical with Lindsay sustaining a cut on her leg.  We’re also told there was property damage — including a broken bracelet of Lindsay’s — that occurred during the scuffle.

TMZ just posted explosive audio of Lindsay’s phone conversation with her father during the fight, in which Lindsay says, “Dad, she’s on cocaine.”


Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ … Dina was “wasted” at the nightclub.  We’re told the fight started when Lindsay wanted to take her limo to her NYC hotel, but Dina wanted to take it to her home in Long Island, to avoid paying for a taxi.  Somehow Dina prevailed, over the intense protests of her daughter.   We’re told Dina scratched Lindsay’s leg in the process.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … cops took a Domestic Incident Report but no arrests were made. We’re told the 911 call was a domestic violence call.  Sources say in one of the 911 calls to cops … the caller said Lindsay was being held against her will by Dina and the driver.

Lady Gaga’s Onstage Vomiting Feat — The Show Must Go On!

Lady Gaga put Justin Bieber to shame this weekend … barfing MULTIPLE TIMES on stage during a concert in Spain …. WITHOUT MISSING A STEP!!!!

Gaga was in the middle of her hit “Edge of Glory,” when she bends over with her back to the stage and starts blowin’ chunks … and then immediately pulls herself together and starts dancing again! Seconds later, she bends over again and pukes again … and then a 3rd time … before stepping right back into her routine like nothing happened.


After the show, Gaga tweeted about the vomit-athon … even posting a link to the clip with the line, “Was praying nobody saw but actually its quite a good laugh if u need one!” Pa pa pa puker face.

Sources close to Gaga tell TMZ … Gaga had been suffering from the flu before the show … but didn’t want to cancel the show … ’cause she’s a badass. We’re told Gaga has since recovered from the illness and is now doing fine.

Nicki Minaj Blows Up On Mariah Carey During ‘American Idol’ Auditions

Nicki Minaj derailed the “American Idol” auditions in Charlotte, North Carolina Tuesday, after swearing at Mariah Carey and threatening, “I’m gonna knock you out” … but Mariah FIRED RIGHT BACK with insults of her own. In a footage obtained by TMZ, Nicki is clearly furious … shouting, “I told them I’m not f*ckin’ putting up with her f**kin’ highness over there.”

Mariah can be heard saying, ““Oh why, WHYYYY .do I have a three year old sitting around me?” Carey continues, “I can’t see my kids, because you decided to act like a little crazy bitch and go all around the stage.”

We’re told the whole thing exploded over a disagreement over a contestant’s performance.


Nicki: Think I’m playin? Think this sh*t is a f*cking joke? Think it’s a joke? Think it’s a joke? Think it’s a joke? Say one more disrespectful thing to me, if you say one more disrespectful thing to me — off with your head!

Mariah: I am not being disrespectful.

Nicki: Off with your head, off with your head.

Nicki: Don’t tell me I’m insecure, don’t tell me I’m inadequate … you gonna get sent [inaudible] just fall back; don’t … you don’t know [inaudible] I don’t feel inadequate. You’re the insecure one sittin’ up there running down her resume every five minutes.

According to our friends at MouthToEars.com, producers ended the auditions for the day so the two judges could cool down.  We’ve confirmed that happened. Big wigs on the show seem uncharacteristically upset by the blow up.  It seems producers are worried about Mariah and Nicki co-existing for the long haul.

Johnny Lewis Found Dead In L.A.: Suspect In Murder Mystery

Johnny Lewis – who had big roles on “Sons of Anarchy,” and “The O.C.” and once dated Katy Perry – was found dead yesterday … and his body was discovered at the same L.A. property as an 81-year-old woman he’s suspected of murdering … TMZ has learned.

According to our law enforcement sources, 28-year-old Lewis was found in a driveway Wednesday morning in the Los Feliz neighborhood — and the elderly woman who owned the home was found dead inside … the victim of a homicide.  Investigators say they believe Lewis beat the woman to death.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … cops believe Johnny was on drugs– either PCP or meth — at the time he allegedly killed a woman and then fell to his death. Sources tell us … after allegedly killing the 81-year-old woman, Johnny had fought with two men for 3 to 4 minutes … hurting at least one of them.


We’re told Johnny initially used a 2×4 to attack the men … and then used his bare hands. Law enforcement sources say the men he fought with say Johnny showed “super-human strength” and was “phenomenally strong.” We’re told Johnny tried to break into the house of one of the men … and it took 3 people to hold him back.

Lewis dated Perry back in 2006 — and attended numerous Hollywood events together. Lewis played Kip ‘Half-Sack’ Epps on “Sons of Anarchy” for 2 seasons, and also had one-off roles on “Criminal Minds” … “Bones” … and “CSI.”

Two Sex Tapes Of Kanye West Leaked!

Kanye West is a sex tape master — TMZ has learned, the rapper filmed himself doing the deed MORE than once in recent years … and TWO tapes are currently being shopped to the highest bidder.

The reports are true … a Kanye sex tape featuring a young woman in a hotel room is making the rounds — but what you haven’t heard … there’s a second tape and the 2 are nearly identical. Both tapes are impressively long — the first is roughly twenty minutes … and the second is more than FORTY. And we’re talking constant action. Seriously, the guy takes no breaks. It’s incredible. Almost Sting-like.


We’re told the tapes were both shot several years ago with exes.  The tapes are currently being shopped to media outlets by a third party. Sources close to Kanye tell us the rapper has no idea how the videos were lifted from his computer — but if anyone releases the footage … we’re told Kanye plans to go after the culprits with a legal vengeance.

Kanye’s current GF Kim Kardashian rose to fame after her sex tape was released. And now, her boyfriend has steamy sex tapes of his own.

Billie Joe Armstrong Heads To Rehab After Onstage Meltdown

Green Day’s front man Billie Joe Armstrong is entering rehab for substance abuse … a rep for the band tells TMZ.

The news comes just two days after Armstrong went ballistic in Las Vegas on Friday night during a performance at the iHeart Radio Music Festival at the MGM Grand Theater. He was videotaped screaming obscenities, slamming Justin Bieber and violently smashing his guitar on-stage. He went berserk after they were told that they only had a minute left to wrap up their performance.


“You’re gonna give me one minute? I’ve been around since f–ing nineteen eighty f–king eight, and you’re gonna give me one minute?! You’ve gotta be f–ing kidding me! I’m not f–ing Justin Bieber, you motherf–ers!” he was reportedly heard screaming. “Let me show you what one f–ing minute f–ing means,” he said while he was smashing his guitar onstage.

The band’s rep tells TMZ,  “Green day wants to apologize to those they offended at the iHeartRadio Festival in Las Vegas.” The rep adds, “The band regretfully must postpone some of their upcoming promotional appearances.“

Lindsay Lohan Arrested For Leaving Scene Of Accident

Lindsay Lohan was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident early this morning after allegedly clipping a pedestrian in downtown Manhattan … TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Lindsay was pulling in to park her Porsche Cayenne near the Dream Hotel in downtown NYC when — at a very low speed — she allegedly hit the knee of a 30-something year old guy. That was around shortly after midnight. We’re told one of Lindsay’s passengers in the SUV got out and checked the vehicle for damage, and then LiLo and co. went inside the hotel.

We’re told someone called police while Lindsay was inside … and when she walked out of the hotel — around 2:30AM ET — officers arrested her. According to our sources … Lindsay was taken to the station, fingerprinted, photographed and booked for leaving the scene of an accident — a misdemeanor — and then released with a desk appearance ticket … meaning she did not have to pay bail before release.


We’re told alcohol was not involved. We’re told the alleged victim was hospitalized … however, he was not knocked down or dragged, and didn’t have any visible injuries.

Even without a conviction, Judge Stephanie Sautner – the judge in the jewelry theft case — could haul Lindsay’s butt into court if there’s probable cause to believe she committed a crime.

Lindsay is telling friends she had no idea she hit anybody and it wasn’t until she came out and got arrested that she knew anything was going on. Surveillance video of the Lindsay accident appears to show her accuser was exaggerating. Lindsay’s accuser says she was ”slurring” her words and reeked of booze.

Olympic Snowboarder Shaun White Arrested For Public Drunkenness!

Olympic gold medalist Shaun White was arrested several hours ago after allegedly getting wasted at a hotel and badly injuring himself …  sources tell TMZ.

Sources tell TMZ … White was in a Nashville hotel when he allegedly trashed his room in a stupor.  When he was confronted by hotel staff, Shaun allegedly pulled several fire alarms and then ran fast … so fast he fell and split his head open. Ouch ouch ouch! Now, THAT’s what you call a really painful experience — literally! And a shameful one at that, too!


Law enforcement tells us Shaun was arrested for public intoxication and vandalism, but was taken to a hospital for treatment first.  Once he’s treated he’ll be taken to jail. Shaun’s rep could not be reached for comment. But let’s give them a break. After all, a cracked skull is an injury that’s fairly difficult to recover from!
